What was the first thing you did as bride and groom? Where did you find information for wedding preparation?
A: We started by choosing a convenient date first so we could begin looking for wedding venues. One of our seniors recently held their wedding at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, which happened to be in the same area we were interested in. So, we searched for more information on the website and contacted the team for details and a site visit appointment.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this one?
A: We wanted a venue that was easy to travel to — close to home and Don Mueang Airport, since the bride’s relatives were coming from other provinces. We also wanted a venue with multiple wedding rooms of different sizes to match our number of guests. When we visited the venue, Khun Sai gave us excellent recommendations. There happened to be a wedding taking place in the Amber Room that day, so we got to see the real setup — it helped us visualize everything perfectly without imagining it ourselves.
IMPACT Muang Thong Thani also offers full facilities — convenient parking, nearby hotels, and restaurants perfect for an after-party.

Q: What did you love most about hosting your wedding here?
A: The service! From Khun Sai to every member of the IMPACT team, everyone was truly professional and caring. The hotel — Novotel Bangkok IMPACT, where we stayed — also provided wonderful service.
We loved the location, the cozy and welcoming mood and tone of the venue, and the complete facilities that made everything so convenient for us and our guests — no worries at all about parking or logistics.

Q: Did you have a specific wedding theme?
A: Yes, our theme was green and white. The bride loves green and had always dreamed of a long-table garden wedding, but we were concerned about the weather. The IMPACT team, especially Khun Nat, brought that dream to life and transformed the venue beautifully — it was exactly what we imagined!

Q: Did the wedding packages meet your needs?
A: Absolutely! The wedding package was all-inclusive and fit everything we wanted — from accommodation and spa benefits to restaurant discounts.

Q: Were the food and service up to your expectations?
A: We chose the buffet option, and IMPACT offered a wide variety of menus. Every guest complimented how delicious the food was. The service was also excellent — Khun Nat, Khun BB, Khun Pla, and the entire team took care of everything perfectly without any issues.

Q: Did you use a wedding planner?
A: No, we didn’t use a wedding planner since our celebration was simple and not too formal. The IMPACT team coordinated everything with the MC and managed the ceremony flow smoothly.

Q: Overall, what impressed you the most?
A: Everything! From the very first visit, Khun Sai was incredibly helpful and informative. We never had to follow up on anything — she always reached out to us first. On the wedding day, she even came to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Q: What advice would you give to future couples planning their wedding?
A: If possible, plan early. Know your guest count and event scale, and choose a venue that can comfortably accommodate your guests with sufficient parking space.
