What did the bride and groom start with first, and where did they find information to prepare for the wedding?
A: The first thing we did was check for an auspicious date. Then we started looking for wedding venues and researching information online, including reviews from other couples on websites and Facebook groups.

A: Because of IMPACT’s well-known reputation, we were confident that the event would be professionally managed. Plus, it’s close to our home — convenient since we had our morning ceremony at home and the evening celebration here.

Q: What did you like most about having your wedding here?
A: Each room has its own unique style, matching perfectly with our wedding concept. The color tones and decorations were modern and elegant — exactly what we wanted.

Q: Did you have a wedding theme?
A: Yes. We consulted with an astrologer who recommended an auspicious color palette, which coincidentally matched our preference — so we went with an earthy-tone theme.

Q: Did the wedding package include everything you needed?
A: The packages were very comprehensive. As mentioned, we were fully confident about the food, drinks, and services. IMPACT’s reputation speaks for itself. We also added our own personal touches, which made the event complete and perfect.

Q: Were the food and service up to your expectations?
A: Both were excellent. The food and drinks were great, and the service was outstanding. After selecting the venue, we met with Khun Sai to view the room and site setup. From then on, the service was impressive all the way until the event date — Khun June and her team took great care of us and coordinated everything smoothly.

Q: Did you hire a wedding planner?
A: No, we planned everything by ourselves.

Q: Overall, what impressed you the most about your wedding?
A: We were very impressed — especially with the venue and how beautifully it was decorated. The service team was exceptional; every guest was well taken care of and even complimented how smooth and flawless everything was.
