Q: What did you start with when preparing for your wedding? Where did you find information?
A: Both of us were living abroad and didn’t know anything about wedding planning. We started by searching online and checked many wedding venues, but we were still unsure because we were afraid of scams. When we found IMPACT Wedding, everything finally made sense — it felt trustworthy and professional.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this one?
A: Before deciding, we read many reviews about IMPACT Wedding and felt confident that we could trust them with our special day. We really had nothing to worry about — the team was amazing and very professional, especially Khun Sai, Khun Bow, Khun Kwan, and Khun BB. They took such good care of us. We are truly thankful from the bottom of our hearts.

Q: What did you like the most?
A: We loved how professional the team was. Every detail was perfect — nothing went wrong at all. The venue was beautiful, and everything looked new and well-prepared. Even the tablecloths and decorations were spotless!

Q: Did you have a wedding theme?
A: At first, we planned a black and white theme, but after discussing the design, we decided to change it to earth tones, which felt more complete and natural.

Q: Did the wedding package include everything you needed?
A: Yes, the price was very reasonable and perfect for our type of wedding. If you want something simple and warm, with fewer than 100 guests, the package is really worth it! The food portions were big — they even packed leftovers for us. So kind!

Q: How was the food and service?
A: The food was delicious and clean. It wasn’t too spicy, so even foreign guests could enjoy it. The desserts were great too! Everyone at the wedding was happy with the food.

Q: Did you use a wedding planner?
A: No, the bride planned everything herself. We didn’t have a wedding planner, but Khun Bow and Khun Kwan helped a lot with the coordination. Even when we changed our plans a few times, they were always patient and very supportive. We really appreciated that!

Q: Were you satisfied with the overall experience? What impressed you the most?
A: We were most impressed by the service and support from the team. Everyone was so kind and attentive from the staff who served food to the team who stayed close to help us throughout the day. Since we had no experience, we didn’t know what to do at times, but having the IMPACT staff beside us made us feel calm and confident. We couldn’t have done it without them!

Q: What advice would you give to other couples planning their wedding?
A: You don’t have to worry about anything! Just come to your wedding looking beautiful and happy — the IMPACT team will take care of the rest. They are true professionals with so much experience. We’ll definitely recommend IMPACT to all our friends and family. We’re beyond impressed and thankful for their amazing care.
