Q: What did you start with when preparing for your wedding? Where did you find information?
A: We first checked our auspicious wedding dates through the website www.destinysoln.com to find out which month and day would be best for us. After we knew the lucky date and time, we also asked about the lucky colors for both the bride and groom. Once we had our date and color theme, we started discussing which area we wanted to hold the wedding. We preferred the Chaeng Watthana or Nonthaburi area because most of our guests live nearby, so it would be easy for everyone to travel.
Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this one?
A: We had several important points when choosing the right wedding venue:
1. All-in-one wedding venue – We wanted a place that could handle everything for us so we wouldn’t have to coordinate every detail ourselves. Since this was our first time hosting a big event with more than 250 guests, convenience and support were very important to us.
2. Dream wedding venue – We visited a few hotels nearby and also IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. During our site inspection, the sales team kindly showed us several ballrooms, each with a unique and beautiful design.
o For the morning engagement ceremony, we chose the Amber Room because of its sparkling ceiling that looked like a sky full of stars — very romantic.
o For the wedding lunch reception, we chose The Portal Ballroom, which impressed us right away with its high ceiling and elegant atmosphere. One of our guests even said, “It feels like a hall in heaven.” We were so proud of our decision to hold our wedding here.
3. Comprehensive wedding package – This was another big factor. IMPACT’s packages already included almost everything we needed, with no hidden costs or extra charges later on. They also offered many extra services — like an wedding organizer in one place — which made everything easy for us.
4. Professional team – The staff guided us from the beginning until the wedding day. They helped us with all the steps and recommended trusted partners such as:

o Live band from Easy Band
5. 5. Reasonable price – We also considered the total budget, including extras like pre-wedding photoshoot, invitation cards, souvenirs, music band, and decorations. Everything fit within our planned budget perfectly.
Q: What did you like the most?
A: We loved how elegant and spacious the wedding venue was. There were so many beautiful rooms to choose from. The professional support from Khun Sai, Khun Kob, and Khun Ann really stood out — they understood what we wanted, helped with decoration ideas, and even suggested reliable suppliers. That saved us a lot of time!
Q: Did you have a wedding theme?
A: Yes, our color theme was Gold and Champagne. These colors are classic, timeless, and full of charm. Gold represents prosperity, while champagne gives a soft and gentle touch. Together, they created a perfect balance of luxury and warmth.
Q: Did the wedding package cover everything you needed?
A: Yes, the wedding package already covered everything we needed. But if we wanted something extra, like a live band or photo booth, the team could arrange that easily for us.
Q: How was the food and service?
A: Both the food and service were excellent. The portions were generous, and all the dishes were made with quality ingredients. Our guests loved the food and gave lots of compliments — we were so happy to hear that!
Q: Did you use a wedding planner?
A: No, we didn’t hire a wedding planner. We only hired Somprasong for the morning ceremony and as the emcee for the reception. Everything went smoothly as planned.
Q: What impressed you the most overall?
A: Seeing all our guests smiling and enjoying themselves made us so happy. Everything was organized perfectly. We truly want to thank IMPACT Wedding for making our wedding day so professional and perfect.
Q: What advice would you give to other couples planning their wedding?
A: Plan early and make a checklist of every step. Take time to research and compare prices online so you can manage your budget and timeline better. A wedding has many small details, so good planning is key — from the overall concept to the guest list, ceremony flow, and expenses.
