Q: What was the first thing you did as bride and groom? Where did you find information to prepare for your wedding?
A: We first decided on a convenient date and month for our wedding. Then, we began searching for wedding venues through social media and estimated the number of guests to find a suitable location that fit our budget.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this one?
A: We wanted a venue that was convenient for everyone to travel to, preferably an indoor location to avoid weather issues. We chose IMPACT because it’s a well-known venue and easily accessible via the expressway. When we came for a site visit, Khun Sai guided us through several rooms that matched our needs and clearly explained what each wedding package included. That helped us manage our budget efficiently.

Q: What did you like the most about the venue?
A: We loved the atmosphere of the Sapphire Room — it felt warm and private. There was also a private dressing room for the bride, groom, and bridesmaids. Parking was very convenient as it’s located right next to the wedding room.

Q: Did you have a specific wedding theme?
A: Yes, our theme colors were white, green, and cream — soft tones that created a cozy and elegant atmosphere.

Q: Did the venue’s wedding packages meet your needs?
A: Yes! IMPACT offered several packages that we could choose from according to our preferences. The package also included venue decoration, one-night accommodation at Novotel Bangkok IMPACT, and a complimentary spa session for the bride and groom — which was wonderful!

Q: Were the food and service up to your expectations?
A: Both were excellent! We chose the Thai & Western Buffet, which offered a wide variety of dishes, including options suitable for children. All our guests complimented how delicious the food was — especially the Thai desserts, which everyone loved!

Q: Did you use a wedding planner?
A: No, we didn’t use a wedding planner. We organized everything ourselves based on our preferences and convenience. Khun Sai and Khun Joy coordinated everything so smoothly that we didn’t need to hire an organizer or a queue-run team — it helped us save a lot on extra costs!

Q: Overall, what impressed you the most about your wedding at IMPACT?
A: Honestly, everything! The entire IMPACT team — Khun Sai, Khun Joy, and Khun Mon — took great care of us and made sure everything went perfectly.
Our MC, Khun Fah, and the Songprasong team were also very professional and made the ceremony run seamlessly.

Q: What advice would you give to future couples planning their wedding?
A: Take time to prepare and gather enough information — about the venue, guest count, and travel convenience for everyone.
