Q: What was the first thing you did as bride and groom? Where did you find information for wedding preparation?
A: We started by looking for a wedding venue and gathered inspiration and information from TikTok.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this one?
A: We considered the price, convenience, beauty, and reputation of the wedding venue. IMPACT is well-known and trusted by many, which made us confident in our choice.

Q: What did you like the most?
A: The first thing we loved was the wedding venues — The Portal Ballroom and Amber Room. The second was the IMPACT wedding team — they took such great care of us!

Q: Did you have a specific wedding theme?
A: Yes, our theme color was brown.

Q: Did the wedding package cover everything you needed?
A: Not entirely, but the team was very helpful and provided great recommendations to make everything work perfectly.

Q: Were the food and service up to your expectations?
A: The food was delicious and served efficiently. The main dish (fried rice) was served at the end, but with the generous portions beforehand, most guests were already full.

Q: Did you use a wedding planner?
A: No, we didn’t.

Q: What advice would you give to future couples planning their wedding?
A: Make sure to double-check your wedding checklist carefully!
