What did you start with when preparing for your wedding? Where did you find information?
A: The first thing we did was visit a Chinese astrologer to find our wedding date. Then we listed all the guests we wanted to invite. Once we knew the number of guests, we started looking for a wedding venue. We visited two places. The first one was recommended by a friend, but it didn’t feel right for us. Luckily, that same day, a sales representative from IMPACT Wedding called after I had left my info on a wedding page. We talked briefly on the phone, then went to visit the venue in person.
Khun Sai, the sales representative, gave us all the details about the packages and prices, showed us around, and asked about our preferences. She gave us a week to think about it and even sent more details and photos of past weddings. That really helped us see the full picture — that IMPACT Wedding had everything we needed and was very professional. We also felt confident that if anything unexpected happened, the IMPACT Wedding team could handle it for us.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue and why IMPACT Wedding?
A: Honestly, it felt like destiny. We were disappointed with the first wedding venue, and then IMPACT Wedding called that same day. After talking with the team and hearing all the details, we decided right away — and we’re so glad we did. It was the perfect choice.

Q: What did you like the most?
A: The way the staff handled everything was so professional — from the venue team to the hotel staff. Everyone worked so hard and was always ready to help, whether it was a big or small request. Even when we visited outside of working hours, they were happy to assist.

Q: Did you have a wedding theme?
A: We had a normal wedding theme but added some fun games at the end to give out small prizes. We didn’t set a strict color theme, but we chose peach and green because they’re cheerful and fresh. Having a mix of those two colors made the whole event feel lively and bright.

Q: Did the wedding package include everything you needed?
A: Yes, IMPACT’s wedding package already covered almost everything. We only needed to prepare a few extra items ourselves. The main things were all provided and even the day before the wedding, the team was still able to help find what we needed.

Q: How was the food and beverage service?
A: Both the food and service were amazing. Every guest said the food was delicious — we were so proud to hear that! The service was excellent, too. The staff were kind, patient, and attentive. Even small things impressed us, like having staff near the elevators to guide guests and help press the lift buttons. Many guests mentioned how thoughtful that was.

Q: Did you use a wedding planner?
A: No, we didn’t hire a wedding planner. Most things were handled by the IMPACT team. We only had a small support team to help with the ceremony and schedule.

Q: What impressed you the most overall?
A: Everything! Our families were very happy with the service, and all the guests said the same — the food was great, and everything went smoothly. That alone made us really happy. We’re truly glad we chose IMPACT.

Q: What would you recommend to future couples?
A: I’d 100% recommend IMPACT Wedding. Everything is so complete and well-organized that couples can just focus on looking their best and let the IMPACT team take care of everything else!
