What was the first thing you did when you started planning your wedding? Where did you find information and inspiration?
A: The first thing we did was choose an auspicious wedding date. After that, we searched for wedding venues across all social media platforms. We looked at photos, decoration styles, and real reviews from couples, as well as compared package prices to match our planned budget.

Q: How did you choose the wedding venue, and why did you select this one?
A: We selected wedding venues based on the style we both liked, the capacity to accommodate our guest list, convenient travel access, and sufficient parking. IMPACT Muang Thong Thani met all of these requirements perfectly.

After we visited the venue, Khun Sai, our sales consultant, was very friendly and helpful. She showed us every room, explained each style in detail, and helped us picture our dream wedding clearly. That made it easy for us to decide and choose IMPACT Muang Thong Thani as our wedding venue.

Q: What did you like most about having your wedding here?
A: We fell in love with the Amber room. The color tones, décor, and lighting were beautiful. Khun Kwan, who continued the coordination after Khun Sai, was also very supportive and provided everything we needed. The IMPACT staff took great care of both us and our guests — everyone was so kind and attentive. We even received many compliments from our guests about the service. We truly appreciate every single person who was part of the day.

Q: Did you have a wedding theme?
A: Yes, we chose a cream, soft pink, and light brown palette — warm earth-tone colors. We both love minimal style, and these tones felt cute, natural, and cozy.

Q: Did the wedding package include everything you needed?
A: IMPACT Muang Thong Thani provided various packages that fit our requirements perfectly from ceremony formats to catering and decoration options.

Q: How was the food and service on the day?
A: Absolutely. There were many menu and price options to choose from. On the wedding day, our guests kept telling us how delicious the food was.

Q: Did you hire a wedding planner?
A: No, we didn’t. Since we had several months to prepare, we wanted to plan everything ourselves and choose every detail based on what we truly loved.

Q: What impressed you the most about your wedding day overall?
A: We were impressed with everything especially with the IMPACT team. Khun Sai, Khun Kwan, and all the staff truly took great care of us. Their service made our special day smooth and memorable.

Q: What advice would you give to future couples planning their wedding?
A:Give yourself plenty of preparation time because weddings involve a lot of details. Choose a venue you love, pick outfits that make you confident, and make decisions with your heart. When you look back, you’ll feel happy every time you remember your wedding day.
