What was the first thing you did when you started planning your wedding? Where did you find information and inspiration?
A: The first thing we did was look for a wedding venue. We searched for information mainly through social media, like most people do.

Q: How did you choose the wedding venue, and why did you select this one?
A: There were many factors in choosing a wedding venue, such as our budget, the readiness of the venue, the beauty of the space, and the options the venue could offer.

We chose IMPACT because it has many different event rooms to choose from, and we trusted the team’s professionalism and experience. Another important reason was parking — there is plenty of parking space, so we did not have to worry about our guests.

We were also very impressed with Khun Kob (Sales), who coordinated everything very well, provided clear information, and took good care of us from the beginning until the end of the event. This made us feel confident and comfortable choosing IMPACT as our wedding venue.

Q: What did you like the most about having your wedding here?
A: The banquet rooms, especially Jupiter Room and Amber Room, are already very beautiful. When we added our own ideas and decorations, the rooms turned out exactly how we imagined.
Another highlight was the food. We chose a Thai–Western buffet. Even though we did not taste the food in advance, Khun Kob (Sales) assured us of IMPACT’s food quality, which gave us confidence. After the wedding, we received many compliments from our guests saying the food was very delicious. The most popular dishes were:
• Beef with black pepper sauce
• Beef lasagna
• Baked pork ribs
• Desserts
When our guests were happy and enjoyed the food, we felt very happy and impressed as well.

Q: Did you have a wedding theme?
A: Yes, we chose a Colorful theme with soft pastel tones. We wanted the wedding to feel lively and match the lighting in the ballroom. We also wanted our guests to feel free to wear colors they like.

Q: Did the wedding package include everything you needed?
A: The Thai–Western buffet package met our needs very well. There were more than 20 menu items to choose from. Another advantage was that IMPACT could arrange round tables, even though it was not a Chinese table setup, so guests who knew each other could sit together comfortably.

Q: How was the food and service on the day?
A: Yes, the food quality was very impressive, especially when we received compliments from our guests saying the food was delicious. The desserts were especially popular — guests enjoyed them so much that everything was finished. The banquet service was also very good, with a professional team handling food service, lighting, and sound throughout the event.

Q: Did you hire a wedding planner?
A: No, we did not use a wedding planner. We felt we could manage the wedding ourselves and wanted it to feel as natural as possible, with help from our friends.
Even though some unexpected things happened on the wedding day, the IMPACT team helped us as much as they could. There were small issues during the event, but overall everything went smoothly and successfully.

Q: What impressed you the most about your wedding day overall?
A: We were most impressed by the beauty of the venue and the quality of the food. Receiving compliments from our guests about both the ballroom and the food made us feel very happy and confident that we made the right decision choosing IMPACT. These are things our guests will remember and talk about for a long time.

Q: What advice would you give to future couples planning their wedding?
A: We recommend choosing the venue, service, and food as the first priorities. A good venue, good service, and delicious food help ensure that guests feel happy and impressed. This allows the couple to focus on other parts of the wedding with peace of mind.
