Q: What was the first step you took in preparing for your wedding, and where did you look for information?
A: We started by looking for the wedding venue and professional teams first. We wanted a venue that was convenient for our guests, with sufficient parking, nearby accommodations for international guests, and a highly professional service team. We gathered information directly from IMPACT Wedding’s official website.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this one?
A: Convenience was our top priority, both for ourselves and our families. IMPACT Wedding met all our needs—it is easily accessible by various transportation options, surrounded by nearby hotels, and supported by a professional and experienced team.

Q: What did you like most about having your wedding here?
A: We really loved the wedding venue. It offers privacy, spacious areas, and a modern, elegant design.

Q: Did you have a specific wedding theme?
A: Yes, our wedding theme was pastel. We wanted a soft, cheerful atmosphere with gentle colors, without limiting ourselves to just one specific color.

Q: Did the wedding packages meet your needs?
A: The wedding package we chose covered everything we wanted. We organized both morning and evening ceremonies following Thai traditions. In the morning, we had a monk blessing ceremony, the traditional procession, engagement ceremony, and water-pouring ritual. In the evening, we held a wedding reception to celebrate our marriage. It truly was a complete experience all in one place.

Q: Did the food and services meet your expectations?
A: Absolutely. Both the morning refreshments and the Chinese banquet suited our families perfectly. We were able to attend a food tasting in advance, and the food was already delicious with generous portions for our guests, so there was hardly anything to adjust. Most importantly, meals were also prepared for the bride and groom on the wedding day.

Q: Did you use a wedding planner?
A: No, we did not use a wedding planner. We selected and coordinated the teams ourselves. While there are pros and cons, overall everything went smoothly because the bride personally made the selections.

Q: Overall, what impressed you the most about the wedding?
A: The professionalism of the team, especially Khun Sai and Khun June. They consistently coordinated with us before the wedding day and took care of every request or adjustment we needed. We never had to worry about being let down or things not turning out as expected.

Q: What advice would you give to couples planning their wedding?
A: Start by choosing the right venue or function room that best suits your needs. A good venue makes everything better—not only for the couple but also for all the guests attending the wedding.
