Q: What was the first thing you did when starting your wedding planning? Where did you look for information?
A: The first thing we focused on was finding the venue, as it is the biggest and most important element of the wedding. We had about one year to prepare, so we did all the research ourselves through social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Q: How did you choose your wedding venue, and why did you choose this one?
A: We considered several factors, but the main priorities were location and convenience. The venue is very easy to access — guests can drive directly via the expressway to Muang Thong Thani or take the Pink Line MRT and walk through the connected skywalk straight to the venue. IMPACT offers a wide range of banquet halls in different sizes and styles, which comfortably accommodated our approximately 500 guests. Another important factor was parking. IMPACT provided a dedicated indoor parking area for our guests, so even rain was never a concern.

Q: What did you like most about having your wedding here?
A: Honestly, we loved everything — especially the service. Every team member took great care of us from the very beginning. From our first venue visit, Khun Kob gave us excellent advice, listened carefully to our needs, and never made us feel pressured. We could always reach out for consultation at any time. On the wedding day, every team worked wholeheartedly, which made the entire experience truly impressive and memorable.

Q: Did you have a specific wedding theme?
A: Our wedding was called “B KWA Wedding Concert.” We wanted a concert-themed wedding, and when people think about concerts, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani naturally comes to mind. That’s why we decided to visit the venue without hesitation. Once we saw the place, it was clear that IMPACT was fully equipped to professionally handle all types of events.

Q: Did the wedding package cover everything you needed?
A: The wedding package at IMPACT was very comprehensive. It included catering, venue decoration, photo backdrops, registration tables, gallery displays, stage decoration, cake table, champagne table, and LED screens — basically everything a wedding should have. We chose to use all services provided by IMPACT, and the final result turned out beautifully, exactly matching our references.

Q: Did the food and service meet your expectations?
A: Since more than 50% of our guests were senior family members, we chose a Chinese banquet style so they could enjoy VIP-style table service without having to walk around for food or drinks. The food tasted delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and the portions were generous. Overall service was excellent, with plenty of staff available to take care of guests throughout the event.

Q: Did you hire a wedding planner?
A: We planned everything ourselves, so we didn’t hire a wedding planner or organizer. Since we had a full year to prepare, we carefully researched and worked through each step together. We adjusted some ceremony sequences to better suit our style. On the wedding day, we hired one MC along with two run-queue coordinators to help manage the schedule. The IMPACT team also supported them closely, which made the event run smoothly.

Q: What advice would you give to future couples planning their wedding?
A: A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, so do what truly makes you happy within your budget — so you won’t have any regrets later. During the planning process, you’ll receive many opinions from people around you. It’s okay to listen, but choose what truly suits you. Don’t follow trends or others too much until the wedding no longer feels like your own.

Q: Do you have any recommendations for wedding vendors?
A: We highly recommend Cocochic for wedding attire — the outfits made us look elegant and truly stood out in photos.
For photography, we used two teams: Espressto Gallery and Toyji Memories, as we wanted a variety of angles and moments captured.
Our makeup artist was Namfon (Namfonmua), who perfectly delivered the Korean-style look we wanted.
Our wedding invitations and souvenirs were from Manita Wedding, which offered premium-quality products.
The LED screen motion graphics by Chak Wedding helped create a wonderful atmosphere with many design options to choose from.
We also added a Photobooth by 30th December, which brought extra fun and memorable moments for our guests.
