Q: What was the first step you took when preparing for your wedding? Where did you look for information?
A: We started by setting a rough wedding date first. After that, we began researching venues through online reviews on Facebook, various websites, and also asked friends who had already organized their weddings. Eventually, we came across IMPACT Wedding, which had excellent reviews and a beautifully decorated venue that immediately caught our attention.
Q: How did you choose your wedding venue and why did you choose this one?
A: We were looking for a venue that could accommodate a large number of guests, was convenient to travel to, and had a professional team to support the event. IMPACT Wedding met all of our requirements. The hall is spacious, elegant, and well-organized. It gave us great confidence in their ability to manage the event smoothly. Most importantly, the sales consultant who took care of us (Khun Sai) was incredibly helpful and attentive, which made our decision much easier.
Q: What did you like most about hosting your wedding here?
A: We really appreciated the professionalism of the team. From the first venue visit to the actual wedding day, everything was clearly organized and well planned. The team helped take care of every small detail, which allowed us to enjoy the day without worrying about anything.
Q: Did you have a specific wedding theme?
A: Yes, we chose a cream and green theme to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. The venue was able to adjust the lighting and decoration perfectly to match our theme, which looked absolutely beautiful.
Q: Did the wedding package meet your expectations?
A: The package was very comprehensive. It included the venue, catering, lighting and sound systems, and an on-site coordination team. This made it much easier for us to manage the budget and plan the wedding.
Q: Were you satisfied with the food and service?
A: Many of our guests complimented the food. The taste was excellent, the portion sizes were appropriate, and the service was well organized. The staff were polite and attentive, taking great care of our guests throughout the event.
Q: Did you hire a wedding planner to organize your wedding?
A: We didn’t hire a wedding planner. However, the IMPACT Wedding team took great care of everything on the event day, making the whole process very smooth. The sales consultant coordinating our event (Khun Sai) handled everything efficiently in one place.
Q: Overall, what impressed you the most about your wedding day?
A: What impressed us the most was the team’s attention to detail. On the wedding day, everything went according to plan, and they handled any unexpected situations very well. This allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without any worries.
Q: What advice would you give to couples planning their wedding?
A: We recommend visiting the venue in person because it helps you clearly visualize your wedding. It’s also important to plan ahead since popular halls can be fully booked quite quickly.
